Sixth Ave. Goes to Delaware
New Jersey-based retailer Sixth Ave. Electronics, much like hhgregg, is expanding into new markets in an effort to pick up market share vacated by Circuit City. According to the Delaware News Journal, the company plans to open its first store in Delaware in "three or four months."
A company executive told the paper that the company will take over a former Circuit City in Wilmington this fall, with two or three more to come in other Delaware locations.
The chain currently has 11 stores in New Jersey, four in New York, and one in Pennsylvania.
