AT&T, LG Make trax
AT&T and LG have announced a new clamshell handset dubbed “trax.” The device, available only through AT&T, features Bluetooth functionality and works with the AT&T Mobile Music service. The service accesses the eMusic and Napster subscriptions services, Music ID song-recognition and The Buzz music news portal.
The handset also functions with XM Radio Mobile and MobiTV. The device functions off of AT&T’s UMTS/HSDPA network and the company’s Cellular Video service, featuring content from CNN, The Weather Channel, iFilm, Comedy Central and HBO.
The phone supports AT&T’s Video Share, which allows users to share live video while in the middle of a call.
