Some CEDIA members are learning this the hard way, and others are dominating their markets because they totally get it. I am shocked at how many installations are happening without any sense of simple, professional competence. I'm talking about the basics here - fundamental, CEDIA University Level 100 stuff. Network infrastructure, power management and grounding, audio, acoustics, ventilation, documentation and communications.
