Successful Change Means Survival
But the funny thing about change is that it is a constant, not static, process. Change begets change, and all the work you did to innovate, improve productivity, seek new customers and manage risk only means that you stick around long enough to face the next wave.
So as 2010 approaches, you should be asking yourself, do you have any change?
