New Wireless Guide Offers CE Sales Tips
The Consumer Electronic Association (CEA) published a new guide book specifically geared toward wireless retailers. According to CEA, Wireless Product Specialist Study Guide ($29.99) provides a training resource with 200 pages of diagrams, charts and text describing the latest in wireless technology and services, as well as how to sell them to customers at retail.
Specifically, the study guide provides an overview to the wireless industry, with tips on how to sell wireless phones, PDAs, pagers, voice and data plans and accessories. Created for sales associates, the study guide is designed, says CEA, as a primer for those people just getting started in the industry. It's also an "on-the-job resource" for seasoned veterans.
