Florida iPod Theft Ring Caught
A group of thieves who bought iPods and other items- and returned empty boxes while selling the items on eBay- at stores up and down the East Coast hve been caught. According to Florida TV station WFTV, two of the six suspects have been arrested. many of the stolen items were found when a house in Florida was raided.
Not Guilty Plea For Fry's Executive
The Fry's Electronics vice president who was indicted, fired and sued for allegedly stealing millions of dollars from the company has pled not guilty to the charges. According to the ABC affiliate in San Francisco, Ausaf Umar Siddiqui entered a not guilty plea to the five counts of wire fraud and four counts of money laundering.
PS3s Taken From Circuit City
A man in Tennessee just couldn't wait for the clearance sale. According to the Kingsport Times-News, the man walked out of a Circuit City store with two PlayStation 3 consoles. The man fled and remains at large. At a Walmart in the same city the day before, a man was arrested for stealing an $800 computer from an area Walmart.
