OmniMount announced this week that it has launched a new consumer Web site, at www.omnimount.com.
The new site includes the MountFinder feature, clearer navigation and in-depth content and images for each product, and a Live Chat feature for customer support. The site is also mobile-capable.
“Our goal for this redesign was to create a website that users can easily navigate and find everything they need to ensure the best product choice,” Alex Robertson, OmniMount’s senior vice president of sales and marketing, said as part of the announcement. “Customer service has always been a top priority for OmniMount, and this new site is just a part of that ongoing commitment.”
