Scosche to Exhibit at CEA Line Shows
On Monday, Scosche was announced as an exhibitor at CEA Line Shows in New York, where it will show iPad accessories. Days earlier, the company unveiled the world's first dash-mount kit for the new Apple iPad. The iKit has been demonstrated in a five-minute YouTube video of its installation and use.
Meant to take the place of a standard car radio, the iKit both charges the iPad through a USB port and enables audio usage of the device, while also sporting a rotating mounting system. It can be used to listen to satellite radio and Pandora, as well as the user's own personal iPad library through iTunes. The system can also pivot the iPad towards the passenger, giving them access to Web surfing and all other iPad functions.
CEA Line Shows and the accompanying conference will be held June 22-23 at 7 W. 34th St. in New York. For more on the event, visit the CEA Line Shows website, or follow the Twitter hashtag #lineshows. CEA Line Shows are organized in association with CEA, along with Martin Porter Associates and Consumer Technology Publishing Group/NAPCO, publisher of Dealerscope, CustomRetailer and Picture Business magazines.
