Best Buy, Circuit City to Carry Parrot In-Car Products
Parrot, a Paris-based electronic company, has recently signed deals with the top two electronic retailers in the U.S., Best Buy and Circuit City. Several models of Parrot’s hands-free Bluetooth car kit line are now available in stores and online, at prices ranging from $69.99 to $209.99.
Based on their announcement, Parrot considers this deal a huge milestone, as they have expanded into the U.S. market only two years ago. Parrot’s products have, until now, only been available on Parrot’s website and in regional outlets such as PepBoys, Tweeter, Wireless Giant, Crutchfield and Abt Electronics. Parrot hopes that the jump to Best Buy and Circuit City will considerably widen the range of its consumers.
Parrot also announced that next week it will launch a nationwide Responsible Driving campaign, to help drivers reduce distractions in their vehicles, including hand held cell phones.
