Peerless Now Offering Live Support
Peerless Mounts announced last week that it is introducing a new customer service feature on its Web site, called Live Support. The feature will assist customers by providing real-time service to its customers.
The service works by opening a real-time, Web-based chat windows, through which customer service representatives will assist customers with mounting problems. The service requires no software downloading at all.
Live Support can accessed by visiting www.peerlessmounts.com, and clicking on the upper right-hand corner. It is staffed each day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time, but customers needing help after hours can e-mail the company at firstname.lastname@example.org
