Circuit City Stores, Inc. names Steven P. Pappas senior vice president, president of small stores. Pappas joins the company with 21 years of experience from RadioShack Corporation, where he most recently held his position as vice president and general manager of Kiosk Operations, Inc. He also served as division vice president at three of the four RadioShack divisions. Responsibilities at Circuit City Stores, Inc. will include overseeing operations of the company’s small format stores, the international segment and the domestic small format, and working on the company’s new format innovation activities.
DBL Distributing, Inc. announces the arrival of Don Anderson as senior vice president of human resources. Anderson has over 25 years of related experience from a range of companies, including Accretitive Technology Group, Puget Blood Center and CIGNA Companies. Anderson’s new responsibilities will involve corporate training, compensation and benefits functions. NuVision U.S., Inc. appoints Charles H. Boornazian to vice president of sales. Boornazian comes from Marantz America where he was national sales manager until promoted to vice president of sales, a position he held for the past eight years. Before Marantz America, he held leadership positions at JBL Consumer Products, Carver Corporation and other consumer electronics firms. In total, Boornazian brings NuVision 30 years of related industry experience. Along with Boornazian’s arrival, NuVision brings in Paul Fredrickson as vice president of marketing and strategic planning.
