Myron & Davis hires Bob Goodman for national sales manager position. Goodman’s previous industry experience includes senior management roles with Harman Consumer Group, AuraSound, Sherwood America, Soundstream Technologies, HitchCam and Massive Audio. At Myron & Davis, he will focus on creating quality product lines directly through relationships with the company’s customers and manufacturer’s representatives.
SpeakerCraft appoints Jim Scatena north east regional sales manager. He brings with him selling experience in the industry from working at a nationally recognized high-end custom retail firm, where he helped to develop the business into a Top 100 custom installation firm for 2004 and 2005. SpeakerCraft looks to Scatena to continue the growth of its existing dealer base and develop new relationships.
Boston Acoustics Inc. announces a restructuring of its executive management team. The company appoints Eli Harary as senior vice president, general manager and Dan Anagnos as vice president of product development and engineering, both positions newly created. The restructure also includes the promotion Phil Cohn to senior vice president of sales and marketing for home and mobile products. Harary with 30 years of experience, most recently comes from Infinity Home Speaker Brand, where he was vice president of sales and marketing. In the industry for over 20 years, Anagnos brings experience from Polk Audio, Sony Electronics and other CE clients. Before Boston Acoustics, Cohn served as vice president of sales for ReplayTV and Rio Audio as well as held sales and management positions with Sony Electronics and Samsung Electronics. The team, under the leadership of company President Charlie Randall, will focus its efforts on growing company distribution as its product line in high-performance home entertainment expands.
