Keith Horn has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Fujitsu Microelectronics America, Inc., effective today. Previously, Horn served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for the company. Fujitsu Microelectronics America President and CEO Kazuyuki Kawauchi explains, “Keith’s leadership and service to FMA have been invaluable, and the company will benefit from his experience and sales-driven expertise as he assumes his new role as COO. His major responsibilities will focus on FMA’s revenue and profit goals, and he will continue to help formulate current and mid- to long-range plans, objectives and policies.”
Mary Cardas is the new North American sales manager for NHT. She will work with NHT distributors, dealers and sales reps and open new distribution avenues for the company’s line of high performance audio/video products. Previously of Cardas Audio, founded by her father, Cardas grew the company’s sales volume by 65 percent during her tenure there.
David Berman has been hired to execute the HTSA Buying Group training initiative. Berman is the former director of training strategy at Monster Cable Products, Inc. The focus of Berman’s teaching will be “improving selling skills.” He will also pen white papers on new technologies, instruct vendor partners on key product selling features and develop courses on audio, control, video and lighting.
