People on the Move at Audiovox, Omnimount, Solo
- Audiovox Corp. has named Thomas A. Kreft as National Sales Manager for OEM, a position covering the Code and Audiovox brands. Kreft, a veteran of 22 years with the company, had been regional sales manager for the Central U.S. prior to the promotion. In the new position, Kreft will manage the OEM sales force and work with the company’s numerous automotive customers, which include Chrysler, Ford and GM, as well as Mazda, Nissan and Subaru.
- OmniMount announced this week that it has promoted Alex Robertson to the position of senior vice president of sales, for both the U.S. and international markets. A nine-year veteran of the company, Robertson had previously been vice president of sales. His goals, the company said, include expanding the company’s presence in Europe and Southeast Asia, as well as in North America.
- The laptop accessories manufacturer Solo announced that it has named Jeff Diehl to the position of Senior Director of OEM Sales. An MBA graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business, Diehl managed product marketing for HP, and has also done work for Compaq, Conair and MicroWarehouse. He will report to the company’s vice president of sales.
