Career History: Pete started as a part-time sales associate with Circuit City during the holidays. He joined Metron North America in 1998 as a Territory Manager for their Primestar distribution; promoted to Midwest regional manager after Primestar was purchased by DirecTV. Hired by DSI in 2002 to manage their Atlanta branch, Pete grew it from a bottom tier performer to a top five branch in the first year. He grew sales volume by 67 percent in the first year and 75 percent in the second year. Pete was promoted to vice president in late 2005, and developed a prospective customer target and management system that was implemented companywide. He also introduced an Account Manager Refinement program companywide.Greatest Business Achievements: Pete is most proud of his contribution toward growing DSI Systems.
