Philadelphia Media Network, which owns the city's two daily newspapers- the Inquirer and Daily News- and website Philly.com, will soon begin offering Android tablets to subscribers. The tablets will come loaded with the papers' original content, as well as advertising, the papers announced, according to the AP.
The first-of-its-kind arrangement will begin with a pilot program in August with 2,000 tablets and roll out in full late in the year.
