With CES officially behind us and the calendar turned to February, PowerHouse Alliance is shifting its attention to the rest of the first quarter of 2016. The group said in a press release that it is focused on creating new dealer connections throughout their respective territories. PowerHouse Alliance members have added new training series and are hosting regular counter days to ‘help their dealers grasp the latest security trends and technologies” as they prepare for ISC West in April, the group said.
Among the highlights of the early 2016 schedule, PowerHouse Alliance pointed to a series of 2GIG CEU trainings hosted by Electronic Custom Distributors, starting Tuesday, February 9 at their Houston headquarters that will continue on at the Austin location on February 11, and wrap up in Dallas on February 12. There, dealers will have the opportunity to learn “the most up-to-date installation and troubleshooting techniques and will receive a full rundown of the 2GIG product line,” PHA said.
Elsewhere, Volutone—which covers southern California and parts of Nevada for PHA—is kicking off the month with several Commercial Audio Workshops starting today (February 2). This series will cover a variety of commercial audio installation applications including sports bars, restaurants, houses of worship, and retail.
