Primo Toys Preps for an Appear Here Pop-up Retail Experience
Appear Here, the short-term retail space provider that recently expanded into the U.S., held its second annual Space for Ideas competition. The program is designed to give brands the opportunity to operate within one of Appear Here's flagship locations in one of the three cities it operates in—London, Paris, and New York City. All the brands competing had to do was impress a panel of judges with their innovative ideas for how they would utilize the space.
Aside from the space itself, Appear Here gave away a pretty impress prize pack that included $4,000 to spend on the store and up to $10,000 in design services from leading retail design agencies, mentoring sessions, a Square POS hardware kit, and an Apple iPad Air.
The winners were announced at the end of September and have already begun prepping for their time in the Appear Here locations. Ahead of its opening in New York City, Appear Here gave Dealerscope access to Primo Toys, the company that was awarded access to The White Brick Boutique location in West Village. Primo Toys, a U.K.-based educational toy company, is best known for its Cubetto product that introduces kids to the world of coding.
