ProSource Announces 2016 Go-Forward Strategies
Audio, video and integration buying group, ProSource, announced its 2016 plans during its annual Principals/Buyers meeting at CES. ProSource’s go-forward strategies include developing and maximizing the benefits from its recent alliances with CI Edge and Power A/V Group, as well as targeted growth on new membership for dealers who provide a strategic fit within the organization.
The group also plans to focus on step-up displays, including 4K and OLED; bring to fruition the brand focus in wireless multi-room audio with DTS PlayFi, Bose and HEOS; and to explore mid-market opportunities in home automation through existing and new partnerships.
ProSource plans to consolidate around fewer brands while still exploring niche opportunities within their brand mix.
