Lavine: Nationwide is doing a great job. They keep advocating for the independent dealer. The independent dealer is great for the vendor because we sell the better stuff. We have the salespeople. We have the knowledge. We do the training.
Cole: The buying group [ProSource] has been awesome. We’re certainly the most significant buying group, in my opinion, for the consumer electronics channel to promote technologies, brands and value. Many brands have been more supportive than they have in years with marketing opportunities.
Perlman: BrandsMart USA is a member of a few different buying groups. They serve different functions based on their product offerings. It’s up to us to maximize our ROI based on each group’s strength. NATM has been terrific in terms of the exchange of information and ideas between regionals in different markets. That information would be difficult to acquire without being a member of the group.
