Every year during the Consumer Electronics Show, Dealerscope invites members of it’s Editorial Advisory Board and other figures in the consumer electronics business to join us over breakfast for a session of information sharing. This year, participants included retailers like John Flanner of Flanner’s Audio Video and Noah Hirshman of Amazon.com, custom installers/integrators like Randy Wilson of Wilson Home Theater Systems, Franklin Karp of Audio Video Systems and Bill Skaer of Eric Grundleman’s CoolAV.
Also joining the mindsharing session were hardware vendors such as Don Patrican of Maxell, Dan Murphy of XM Radio, Bob Brown of Lenbrook and Jim Wohlford of Sanus.
They traded insights with the service side represented by Joe Loomis of Net Enforcers, Roy Martin and Laura Weinhofer of Escalate Retail and Fay Wood of Wood and Associates, plus retail consultant and Dealerscope contributor Elly Valas.
