Samsung Galaxy Tab Gets Official Unveiling
Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Tab tablet device hasn't exactly been under wraps in recent months, with photos and information about the device seemingly leaking daily for the past two months. However, the device finally got an official coming-out party Thursday.
The Galaxy Tab features a 7-inch screen and includes Adobe Flash; it runs on Android 2.2. Kobo will be the ereading app for the device.
The tablet will be sold in the U.S. "over the next few months," the Wall Street Journal reported, and will be sold through the company's carrier partners, although Samsung did not announce a deal with a specific U.S. carrier.
