Samsung Calls New Site a Success
Samsung.com has grown in traffic, ease of use and activity since it was re-launched earlier this year, the company said.
Samsung found that in the two-and-a-half months following the launch in mid-September of the new site, unique monthly visitors rose 34 percent, with users spending 22 percent more time on the site. In addition, the amount of reviews rose 263 percent with consumers visiting 30 percent more pages per visit.
“As we continue to develop the site, the metrics reveal that consumer participation and conversation are the catalyst to brand success, as consumers are engaging with Samsung in unprecedented numbers," Kris Narayanan, vice president of Digital Marketing for Samsung Electronics America, said as part of the announcement.
