Samsung’s Newest Jet Stick Vacuum
Samsung has unveiled a new version of its Jet Stick Vacuum ($649; model VS90) that carries what the company has termed a performance upgrade. The premium lightweight cordless vacuum cleaner and features over 200 Air Watts of suction power and a high-performance five-layer true HEPA filter to capture what Samsung says is up to 99.999% of dust particles and allergens that would normally escape back into the air of a home. It also features an energy-efficient Digital Inverter motor, and it functions with multi-cyclonic force to keep debris from building up on its filter.
The vacuum now comes with a self-standing base that both charges the battery and holds the most important accessories. The longer battery life provides an hour of cleaning time before needing to recharge its removeable battery. The Jet Stick also includes a telescopic pipe, allowing for height adjustment for the comfort of the user. And Samsung says cleaning the appliance is easier than ever, with the new Clean Station; the user need only place the dustbin on top of the station and it will automatically empty its contents, says Samsung
The appliance’s Turbo Action Brush (shown), one of several handy attachments, cleans dust, hair and other debris on multiple surfaces, says the company. A digital display checks the vacuum’s power level and brush type, and monitors alerts such as clogs.
