Sanus Systems, founded in 1986, is part of a privately held company headquartered in Savage, Minnesota. The company is a leader in, and innovator of, high quality A/V furniture, mounts and accessories. Sanus recently merged with another A/V mount company — Chief Manufacturing. Chief was founded in 1978 and today is the market leader in Pro AV support systems. Combined, they are the largest AV furniture and mount company in the world and dominate virtually every mount/support market.
