Senic GmbH and Sonos Announce “Works with Sonos” Certification
Berlin-based hardware and software company Senic announced today its certification into the “Works with Sonos” program, certifying seamless connection with all of Sonos Home Sound System devices. Using energy harvesting technology, the Nuimo Click provides wireless, one-click control over Sonos speakers and other smart home devices simplifying the smart home experience.
The partnership comes on the heels of a highly-successful launch of the Nuimo Click, Senic’s new line of self-powered wireless switches that use energy harvesting technology to generate enough energy to provide power to the switch without requiring the need for cables or batteries. As an all-in-one smart home switch, the Nuimo Click seamlessly functions with your smart home and entertainment devices, allowing you to get the most out of any Sonos speaker with a simple touch. The Nuimo Click is the second product to join the Nuimo suite from Senic, who are building the future of human-centered smart home technology in Berlin, Germany.
“With the Nuimo Click, we have created a quicker and more seamless way to operate your Sonos Smart Home System, without the use of your phone or an app,” said Tobias Eichenwald, chief executive officer, Senic GmbH. “As part of the ‘Works with Sonos’ program, we certify users are choosing products that meet Sonos’ exacting standards for design and sound.”
The Nuimo Click launched on Sonos.com December 11, 2018.
The Nuimo Click Starter Kit is currently available for purchase, for more information on the Nuimo Click and to place your order, please visit senic.com.
