Sennheiser Sues Counterfeiters
Sennheiser announced Tuesday that it has filed 12 lawsuits against pirates and counterfeiters who are selling phony versions of Sennheiser products. The company has filed 12 suits in total in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
"Sennheiser will vigorously defend the Sennheiser brand name, representing premium quality and performance, by taking action against counterfeiters and ensuring our customers know how to avoid purchasing counterfeit products," John Falcone, President/CEO of Sennheiser Electronic Corp., said as part of the announcement. "Customers are urged to purchase only from authorized Sennheiser dealers."
