Sennheiser’s New Gaming Headset Offers 100 Hours of Play
The Sennheiser GSP 370 wireless gaming headset allows for the most extended gaming session imaginable. With a battery life of up to 100 hours, gamers who play six hours a week on average won’t need to charge their GPS 370 for four months. Even when it needs recharging, the headset can continue to be used while it’s plugged in.
The GSA 370 dongle works across PC, Mac, and Sony PlayStation 4 providing a low-latency connection and near-zero delay. As with previous headsets from Sennheiser, the microphone provides broadcast quality noise cancelling to minimize distractions caused by background noise. But the microphone can easily be muted by lifting up the boom arm.
With the Sennheiser Gaming Suite for Windows, users can also enjoy various surround sound modes, an equalizer, more microphone options, and presets for typical genres and occasions. The game audio can be adjusted using the Window volume control wheel located on the ear cup.
Sennheiser also placed a major focus on comfort to withstand the extended play time. Memory foam cushions and the padded headband reduce pressure on the skull and isolate ambient noise. The ball-joint hinge adapts to the shape of a user’s face by adjusting the angle of the ear cups.
"With the GSP 370, we are adding another wireless gaming headset to our portfolio that not only features our highly praised low-latency connection, but also provides an impressive battery life. All this is rounded off with the typical Sennheiser virtues: high wearing comfort, premium craftsmanship and an exceptional audio experience", says Andreas Jessen, Director of Product Management Gaming at Sennheiser Communications A/S.
The Sennheiser GSP 370 is now available at Sennheiser.com for €199 ($219 USD). Sennheiser is currently running a promotion where everyone who purchases a GSP 370 headset will receive a free GSA 50 headset hanger.
