Service Net has a series of buildings in a complex that includes our headquarters and call center operations located in Jeffersonville, Ind., totaling over 380 seats. The call centers operate on a 24x7x365 basis and handle both inbound and outbound functions. In addition, Service Net is actively pursuing another call center location in the Pacific/Mountain time zone based on our planned and strategic expansion.
In 2006, we are projected to handle over two million calls and process over 400,000 claims.
