Sharp Teams With ServiceBench
Sharp Electronics has agreed to a deal with ServiceBench to use that company’s Web-based service management tools, for use with its service dispatching and warranty program, ServiceBench announced late last week.
““This solution allows us to efficiently manage our service network, increase first-call fix rates and most importantly, improve the overall customer experience,” Sharp’s vice president of services and solutions, Charles Shaefer, said in a statement.
ServiceBench is a unit of N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, which acquired it in January.
