If you’re a fan of those home renovation shows on HGTV, you know this situation all too well: homeowners attempting to bust down walls for that coveted open layout see their plans thwarted by some structural pole or beam that ends up sticking out like a sore thumb.
This same scenario can play out in retail showrooms as well.
But a design job completed recently by tech integration firm Neurilink for a Boise, Idaho-based customer experience center proved that these structural challenges don’t have to take away from the in-store experience. Rather, they can be turned into interactive, educational centerpieces.
