Dan Schwab, D&H: We see this year the opportunity to help dealers understand the integration of IT and A/V products. D&H is uniquely positioned—we’re really the only full-line national computer, consumer electronics and video game distributors. Because of that, we end up having a consultative role in our channel of helping our retail partners understand the merchandising and deployment of these technologies and how they work together. We spend time talking about integrating networking technologies into the digital home and other products that are more IT-related.
Warren Chaiken, Almo: We’re continuing to invest in our dealers with what we’re calling our Expos. We are just announcing 14 Expos for this year that we’re holding throughout the country in larger territories. We’re focusing much more on training than we ever have.
