DEALERSCOPE: What are you offering as far as on-site and/or Web-based training opportunities for your customers?
Palenbaum: We have a dedicated Web site where we put as many products and services as we can offer these customers. Our computer-based training offering, working with manufacturers, hasn’t been deployed yet, but it will be somewhere toward the end of the year. Today, a lot of the products we sell leverage off our IT relationships.
We are growing quite quickly in CI. There’s some crossover there between the IT customer trying to get in that space at the commercial level, and then a lot of the retailers we talked about before. We want to partner, as we’ve done on the IT side, with the best of the best—the top 100 or 200 in each customer segment.
