We’ll also initiate, over the second half of the year, Web-based certification and training. It will allow us a very cost-efficient way to train nationally. Chaiken: No one is giving out literature anymore [on the manufacturer side]. Lots of times, when customers are at a store, they won’t make a decision to buy a flat panel just then. Yes, most of the stuff is on the Web somewhere but it’s not the easiest thing to access. So about six months ago, we developed for our customers a way on our Web site to tag the product spec sheet with their name, and they can print it out with the salesman’s name and phone number on it.
