Sprint LG Viper 4G Preorders Start Next Week

Sprint said this week that preorders will begin April 12 for the new LG Viper 4G LTE, which the company describes as its "first 4G LTE device with eco-friendly features."

The phone, which runs Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) will retail for $99.99 with a two-year contract after a $50 mail-in rebate.

CEO Dan Hesse introduced the product as part of NBA Green Week.
