In wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, pro A/V products distributor Stampede is turning its Cleveland, Ohio Big Book of AV tour stop into its first live virtual event on May 14, focusing on pre-arranged one-to-one manufacturer-reseller focused virtual sessions on its new COVID-19 business engagement platform.
Cleveland will be the first of several virtual Big Book of AV events. Calgary, Alberta, Canada will follow. According to Kelly, participating manufacturers include Atlona, Vidyo, Sharp, Samsung, NEC, Newline, Mustang, LG, Planar, and Jabra, with more manufacturers expected to jump on board.
Using Vidyo’s video conference platform, the five-hour virtual event will feature one-on-one meetings with manufacturers from every product category that will provide resellers with information on the latest audio, video, display, projection, lighting and staging, digital signage, conferencing, digital content creation, networking, and signal distribution solutions.
Participating resellers will receive a free $250 Stampede Credit for just for attending the event (limit is one $250 credit per Stampede Account. Credit can be applied to any order over $5,000 that is placed with Stampede within 30 days following the Big Book of AV Tour event). Resellers who attend at least five virtual sessions will also receive a free $10 Amazon Gift Card for each 15-minute manufacturer one-on-one event they attend.
