Today’s 24/7 mobile consumer drives the power category as a strong second. audio and “smart” accessories, specifically health & fitness products, and connected home solutions, round out the top five categories, as consumers are increasingly using their devices to manage all aspects of their lives.
Distributors build a deep portfolio across multiple brands to offer and fulfill the most complete selection and choice to dealers. Using a strong partner allows broad access beyond what they can procure themselves. Top distributors also offer inventory management and training programs to drive sell-through. A distribution sourcing strategy leads not only to higher productivity, but also to a much more relevant offer for customers. n
