Survey: Most Wii Players Don’t Do It Alone
Video gamers may have a reputation for staying home and playing their games alone, but the advent of the Nintendo Wii has turned that stereotype on its head.
According to research done by AdAge.com, Wii users say that they play their games with others nearly 90 percent of the time. Meanwhile, nearly a third of Wii users say they regularly play with their parents.
The study also found that around 70 percent of Wii gamers play with friends, just over 60 percent with their siblings, and just under 10 percent with their grandparents.
