NEXCE Targets CE Now
When Drew Reger, president of The GPS Store, a specialty online retailer and mail order house, wanted to diversify his product lines, he discovered Mio Technology. In turn, Mio introduced him to Synnex, one of the manufacturer’s exclusive distribution partners. Reger is glad he made the connection.
“Synnex has been very good to work with; real responsive,” Reger said, referring to the distributor’s NEXCE division, which focuses on the sale of CE, digital signage and other multi-media products. “They ship right away. We’ve had no problems.”
Reger has also started buying some Garmin products through Synnex and wouldn’t hesitate to buy non-GPS products from the distributor if The GPS Store had a broader sales model.
