Synnex Buys Gaming Distributor
Synnex Corp. announced Monday that it has purchased most of the North American assets of Jack of All Games, Inc., a video game distributor that was formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive.
The deal gives Synnex distribution rights for games, consoles, software, accessories and more, from such gaming industry giants as Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony, EA and Activision Blizzard, as well as Take-Two.
Synnex also owns New Age Electronics. The deal will give Synnex 200 new employees throughout North America.
