T-Mobile Closing Call Centers
T-Mobile, following the collapse of its merger with AT&T, has announced plans to close seven call centers and eliminate 1,900 jobs.
The plan will reduce the company's call centers from 24 to 17, by the end of June.
“We have tremendous customer service representatives who are highly-skilled and dedicated to serving our customers. We hope as many as possible pursue transfers and stay with T-Mobile,” Larry Myers, Chief People Officer of T-Mobile, said.
