The example shown of an inverter packaging shows both options. In the retail setting you can offer the consumer both. Then again, you could make a decision and carry only one.
It’s clear that you can’t ignore the requirement to address these issues. The best way is to take a stance and openly communicate it to your customers and suppliers. A failure to do so will send very mixed signals to all your stakeholders, making it tough for them to do business with you and ultimately undercutting your success.
