HTSA Elects New President, Board
The Home Theater Specialists of America earlier this week elected its new board for the 2010 and Leon Shaw, from North Carolina's Audio Advice, is the new president of the organization. Bob Gullo of New Jersey's Electronics Design Group is the new vice president.
The new board will begin their term on Jan. 1; Gullo is in line to succeed Shaw in 2011.
"Leon Shaw is an astute high end audio maven," HTSA executive director Richard Glikes said in a statement. "Unlike most businesses in our industry Leon’s company, Audio Advice, has been growing. He has outlined his visions for the group which include enhanced communication with members, the desire to implement a single software platform for all, and increased web presence for the group and its members. We welcome the challenges.”
