New CEO For Neat Co.
The Neat Company, the Philadelphia-based scanner product manufacturer formerly known as Neat Receipts, announced Monday that it has named Jim Foster its new CEO. The company's previous CEO, cofounder Les Spero, will now be chairman, and continue to work closely with the company.
"Our growth and expansion over the last year has created the need to add an experienced software executive to the team," Spero said in a statement. "Jim is absolutely the right person at the right time and I'm looking forward to working closely with him to take the company to the next level of growth."
Foster is a 30-year software industry veteran who comes to Neat Company from Sage Software North America.
