Fresh Face At LG
At the end of April, LG came out with several announcements regarding changes in the company’s sales and support team and channel strategy. We caught up with the new head man there, Steven McNally, in between meetings during a recent trip to California.
Dealerscope: You’ve recently restructured the way the LG sales team operates, including dividing it into regional (eastern, central, western) zones. What effect will this have on how the directors service their retail accounts?
Steven McNally: The company has been growing at such a rate that I wanted to make sure we maintained our high level of service to the accounts. We went to three zones so that the directors (Stuart Rayle, Greg Regelbrugge and Rick Calacci) could give more attention to the accounts in their regions. The other thing we did is bring on Brendan Morris to focus on Zenith.
