Nokia CEO Joins CES Lineup
The president and CEO of Nokia, Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, has been added to the lineup of keynote speakers at January's International CES, the Consumer Electronics Association announced Wednesday. Kallasvuo, who also spoke at the event last year, will address the Technology and Emerging Countries (TEC) program, at 9 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 8.
"Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo is an inspirational leader and his company's products are truly making a difference in advancing economic growth in the developing world," CEA president and CEO Gary Shapiro said as part of the announcement.
Previously announced keynote speakers include Steve Ballmer of Microsoft and Paul Otellini of Intel.
