RILA Launches Asset Protection Council
The Retail Industry Leaders Association said Monday that it has launched a new working group called the RILA Asset Protection Leaders Council (APLC), mean share information and develop strategies for dealing with loss prevention.
The Home Depot's Mike Lamb is the council's chairman and Walmart's Monica Mullins is its vice chairman.
"We are really excited about introducing this council and we are thrilled that Mike and Monica will be leading this elite group of senior executives," Lisa LaBruno, VP of loss prevention and legal affairs, said as part of the announcement. "Through the collaboration of this group, we have a great opportunity to tackle the challenges facing the industry as well as capitalize on the opportunities before us."
