Glikes adds, "One of the problems in our industry is that product quality tends to blur. Best Buy has very good products, for example. There's a finite amount of customers, but there seems to be an infinite amount of products."
While Ultimate's highly public struggles might create some fear, uncertainty and doubt among consumers that could result in increased business for Glikes' members in shared markets, he isn't gloating. "They made some mistakes," he says. "It's real easy to look back."
