Senate Passes DTV Delay, Again
Call it Senate 2, House 0.
The U.S. Senate Thursday once again passed a bill to delay the DTV transition until June, an action that came the day after a similar bill was rejected by the House. The passage was once again unanimous.
Supporters in the House, who on the first vote failed to reach the 60 percent threshold required for fast-track passage, are expected to try again, most likely next week.
