Those Evil Bonus & Business Practices
This is a conversation I recall from last December while I was in a high-end home theater store and overheard the following chit-chat between a customer and salesman.
Customer: “So can you please deliver it to the house this Saturday so I can ensure someone will be home?”
Sales person: “Gee, I don't know. Saturday is the end of our fiscal year. Can you wait until next month for your equipment?”
